At C. LauRen Urban Styles, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion and carefully inspect every item before it ships. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Quality Inspection

Every item is:

  • Carefully inspected for quality before shipment.

  • Photographed prior to packaging to document its condition.

  • Packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Sizing

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. To help our customers make informed purchasing decisions, we provide:

  • Detailed size charts whenever available.

  • Product measurements on select items.

  • Assistance with sizing questions before you place your order.

Because sizing can vary by manufacturer and personal preference, we encourage customers to review all sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Manufacturer Defects

The only exception to our All Sales Final policy is an item with a verified manufacturer defect.

If you believe you have received a defective item, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at claurenurbanstyles@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the defect.

    • Clear photographs of the defective area.

  3. Leave all original tags attached and do not wear, wash, or alter the item.

Once we receive your claim, we will compare the submitted photos with the inspection photographs taken prior to shipment. If the defect is determined to be a manufacturer defect that was not present during our quality inspection, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item (if available), or

  • Issue store credit or a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Items showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, odors, makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, or alterations are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
