Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and delivery destination. From time to time, C. LauRen Urban Styles may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms and minimum purchase requirements will be clearly stated during the promotion.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, C. LauRen Urban Styles is not responsible for delays caused by: Weather conditions Carrier delays, Holidays, Natural disasters, Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before your order ships; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, C. LauRen Urban Styles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.

International Shipping

At this time, C. LauRen Urban Styles ships only within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
