What shirt brand do you print on?
All C. Lauren Urban Styles standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas brand tees, or American Apparel. unless otherwise stated. Both brands are made with 100% Ring Spun cotton and are very soft to touch.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall - 4XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. Please keep in mind that Unisex Tees run big. We suggest ladies should order one size down from their regular size. We also offer women's cut tees as well. Available upon requests, or if the tee design is a women's design, it will come in a women's cut style.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
We use both screen printing and heat transfer processes. All shirts are custom made and custom designed original. They are printed when they are ordered.
Can They Withstand Washing and Drying?
All cotton shirts fade a little. We ask that you machine was cold, inside out. You can either hang dry, or tumble dry on low. We do not suggest dry cleaning.
Please DO NOT iron the printed area directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I Return Items?
We only process defective item returns. On our site we have provided information to help you choose the right size, we have also provided a size chart for your convenience.
If you received a defective item, we are more than happy to exchange the item for the same size and type of product. .
We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and have shipped, everything is made to order. But will gladly replace defective items without question.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
You have 24 hours to add or modify your order before we process it.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover and Pay Pal through our secure payment processing system. We have a very secure web-site and do not store Credit Card Information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. We print to order so shipping depending on what part in the nation usually take 10 to 14 days to process and deliver your order.
Holidays or times of high demand, orders will take slightly longer to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We do not ship internationally. Again orders are print to order so, next day orders ship after the shirt has been printed and processed.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we can provide tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your location, when you type in your zip code, shipping charges will be calculated.
